Where does Designah deliver?
As an international platform, Designah offers worldwide shipping of your commissioned artworks and finished artworks. We work with carefully selected logistics partners who are specifically specialized in art transport.

delivery times

• Standard delivery: Depending on the destination country, delivery usually takes place within 7-14 days after completion of the artwork.

• Custom Orders: For commissioned art, production time may vary and will be added to the delivery time. Our artists will inform you of the expected completion time before shipping is initiated.

• Framing and custom orders: For works that require framing or special preparation, we calculate additional processing time. You will be informed of the exact time frame.
  

shipping costs and options
Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight and destination of the artwork and are clearly stated in the purchase price. Our prices include:

• Customs Duties and Taxes: For international deliveries, all applicable customs duties and import taxes are paid in advance.

• Packaging: Each work of art is carefully and professionally packaged to ensure maximum safety during transport.

Loss or damage during shipping
In case your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please feel free to contact us directly. We ask that you send detailed photos of the damaged packaging and artwork. Designah takes full responsibility for shipping and offers you the following options:

• Replacement or repair: We will organize the repair or replacement of your artwork – of course at no additional cost to you.

• Refund: Alternatively, you can request a full refund, including all shipping and return costs.
